The key to success and fulfillment in life and business is learning. However, there are many factors that could hinder the process of learning in people. One of which is the lack of adaptability and flexibility to learn and to change. In this course, the issue of adaptability is highlighted and discussed in detail through a careful assessment of the self and the underlying ways of thinking and emotions in humans. A special focus is given to the importance of feedback and having the right attitude in the learning process.
